Are you willing to do so? It takes desire, determination and motivation to get what you need out of coaching. |
Each of us have our own unique dreams and needs, thus a coach will not tell a client what they should do. A coach helps a client to examine their needs and desires. Occasionally though, the coach may need to make a small suggestion to the client if they are stuck.
Life dictates that we each need to face and answer our own questions. This is the process used to help the client get to where they passionately want to go. You must be willing to:
- change in order to improve
- express a desire to make your life better
- commit to working to make your life better
- be open to ideas
- be motivated
- set aside a little time to do the work required
- stick with a coaching program
If you are ready and willing to ask yourself the tough questions, you could be a good candidate for coaching.
